2. All customers are required to use the order form to place their orders. This is to ensure correct information and accurate records which will help us serve you better.

3. Once you have completed the order form, your orders will automatically be processed and you will receive a confirmation text and/or email from Bare Beauty within the next 24 hours. For faster response, you may text any of our hotlines right after sending in your order form.

5. Orders will be delivered through courier within 2-3 days upon confirmation of payment. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer. Additional Php50 for shipping within Metro Manila via Xend Express, and Php100 for provincial shipping via Air 21. Bare Beauty will not be liable for any lost or damaged products. Insurance may be purchased separately.

6. If you prefer pick-up (to save on shipping fees), there are three pick-up points strategically located within the city.

- Quezon City: Residence, Katipunan Road (beside Ateneo and Miriam)
- Ortigas: HELLO parlor, Pioneer Bldg. (beside Robinsons Pioneer Mall)

7. Meet-ups must be scheduled one week in advance. Meeting points are: Pearl Drive (Ortigas), Megamall and Libis Area.

8. All sales are final. No return, no exchange (except for special cases).

9. International orders are accepted. Payments can be made through Paypal, Xoom.com or money transfer.
